A miniature version of the original Lodge Cast Iron skillet, this skillet is a perfect size for those smaller cooking duties such as  baking an individual pie in the oven or presenting appetisers or tapas.  This 13cm skillet features a sturdy integral oven proof handle and pourer channel each side of the rim.

The skillet provides excellent heat distribution and retention for consistent, even cooking and stays hot from oven to table.

• Use on all cooking surfaces, grills, and campfires (including induction).
• Oven safe.
• Sauté, sear, fry, bake, grill and stir fry to heart’s content.
• To care for your Seasoned Cast Iron:
  • Hand wash and dry immediately—even before first use.
  • Rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash
  • How much oil? Enough to restore the sheen, without being “sticky”. Why? To keep the iron “seasoned” and protected from moisture.
  • It's okay to use a little soap when needed, just make sure you dry thoroughly and apply a little oil afterwards.
