• Featuring grind select functionality, the Derwent pepper mill has 6 grind settings, and the Derwent salt mill has 3 grind settings. Use the coarse setting for steaks and salads, and the finer settings for soups and sauces.
• Pepper mills are fitted with a design registered Precision+ carbon steel mechanism, that strips peppercorns instead of crushing them, ensuring maximum flavour release from every turn.
• Salt mills are fitted with an ultra sharp ceramic mechanism which does not corrode with time.
• All Cole & Mason salt and pepper mills are covered by a lifetime mechanism guarantee.
• Both mills come filled with premium quality Vietnamese whole black peppercorns and coarse sea salt from Belgium.
