The Ballarini Alba Casserole with Lid is a fantastic addition to a home  cooking set. It features extremely durable Keravis Ti-X non-stick  coating with titanium reinforcement along with heat resistant stainless  steel, providing it with excellent roasting properties and excellent  abrasion resistance.
